We’ve gathered the most common questions from our partners over fifteen years. Click any question below to expand the answer. If you don’t find what you need, our team responds to inquiries within four hours.
How do I get started with LCD buyback?
Begin by viewing our current buyback prices, then request a free shipping label through our online form. We’ll email you the shipping documents within hours, and you can pack your screens and drop them off at any FedEx or Canada Post location.
Do I qualify for a free shipping label?
You qualify for a free shipping label if you’re shipping more than 50 LCDs from Canada, more than 100 from the USA, or more than 300 from outside North America. If you don’t meet the quantity requirement, you can still request a label and shipping cost will be deducted from your total payout.
How long does the testing process take?
Once we receive your screens, our certified technicians take only 1-2 business days to test every piece. We then send you a detailed test report stating the condition of every screen, with full grading transparency.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience: PayPal, cheque, wire transfer, Interac e-Transfer, and cash for local Markham customers. The entire process from receipt to payment takes 1-3 business days.
How should I pack my LCDs for shipping?
Proper packaging can earn you a 10-20% extra yield. Aim to not exceed 400 LCDs in a single box. Ensure the box is sturdy and contents are not shaking. Use bubble wrap, foam padding, and dividers between screens. Visit our packaging guide for detailed instructions.
What is the difference between A Grade and B Grade?
A Grade screens are fully functional OEM screens with only broken glass — no other defects. B Grade screens are fully functional OEM screens with backlight problems, dead pixels, red haze, or those previously refurbished. Each grade has its own pricing tier published on our pricing page.
Do you accept screens from outside Canada?
Yes, we accept screens from the USA and internationally. USA shipments require 100+ LCDs for free labels; international shipments require 300+. Contact us for arrangement details based on your country.
What happens if my phone can't be repaired?
Our advanced repair service operates on a ‘no fix, no charge’ policy. If our master technicians cannot repair your device after diagnostic, you pay nothing — only return shipping costs. This applies to all advanced repair services including logic board, water damage, and back glass replacement.
Do you offer a warranty on refurbished screens?
Yes — all our cold press OEM refurbished screens come with a lifetime warranty against bonding failure. We use only genuine OEM glass and certified cold press technology to ensure every refurbished screen meets manufacturer specifications.
Can I use my buyback credit toward purchasing parts?
Absolutely. We offer a 5% extra bonus when you use your LCD buyback credit toward purchasing parts from our wholesale catalog. This is our way of rewarding loyal partners who use multiple services.
How often is the pricing updated?
Our buyback pricing is updated weekly to reflect current market conditions. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive priority rate updates every Monday morning, before the rates go live on our public pricing page.
What if I disagree with a screen's grading?
We provide a detailed per-piece test report and you can request photo documentation for any disputed unit. If you disagree with our grading, you can opt to have your screens shipped back at no cost — we stand by our transparent grading process.
